One Episode, Thirty Days of Content: Your Repurposing System

The rule: one asset, many angles

Your episode is a gold mine. Cut it into native pieces for the channels your audience already uses—without sounding repetitive.

The 30-day plan (repeat every episode)

Week 1: Anchor content

  • Blog recap (800–1,200 words): summarize the big idea, add subheads, pull three quotes, and link to the full episode and lead magnet.
  • YouTube or video clip: a 60–120s highlight with captions and a headline frame.
  • Newsletter edition: a tight summary + “what to do next” in 150–200 words.

Week 2: Social depth

  • 3–5 short clips (15–45s): one insight per clip; add burned-in captions.
  • Carousel post: “5 plays from this episode” with a call to save or share.
  • Quote graphics: 2–3 compelling lines in your brand style.

Week 3: Community + search

  • LinkedIn article or Medium cross-post: expand one point with examples.
  • Q&A thread: invite questions in your community/Slack/Discord.
  • Show notes SEO pass: add keywords, schema, timestamps, and internal links.

Week 4: Compounding

  • Case snippet: apply the advice to a real brand (sanitized) and share results.
  • Audiogram for stories: 10–20s hook that points back to the full episode.
  • Roundup post: “What we learned this month” with links to all assets.

Guardrails that keep quality high

  • One idea per asset. Don’t cram; let each piece carry a single message.
  • Native formats win. Cut for the platform (vertical video, short captions, big type).
  • Batch production. Edit clips and design graphics in a single 90-minute session.
